Lovely day yesterday, and many thanks to judge Miss J. Jolly for finding Oscar in a lovely line-up of Toy breeds and awarding him Best Exhibit in Group at Bunyip. And what a beautiful rosette! For those not familiar with dog shows: To progress to the Group level, a dog must first win Best of Breed against other dogs of the same breed. Only then can they advance to compete against all other Best of Breed winners within their Group (in this case, the Toy Group). Winning Best in Group means Oscar was judged the best among all Toy breeds on the day — a wonderful achievement.
